This is your first visit with Fuel+ and will take about one hour. During this session we will review your current concerns, previous history of any medical issues, allergies, lifestyle, nutrition and any recent labs you may have. Please bring any labs with you in print or on your digital device. At the end of your visit a plan to address your concerns will be made. If labs are recommended they can be done on-site and if not possible we can send you to Quest to have them drawn. An infusion or injection can be given at this session as well.

During your consultation we will discover if Semaglutide is a good fit for you and your weight loss journey! We will review your history and current situation as well as discuss your goals. If you have had any lab work done in the last 3 months please bring it with to your appointment. To safely prescribe Semaglutide, comprehensive labs and a body composition scan are required. Labs can be ordered, drawn on site and billed to insurance. The lab we use is Quest and Quest will bill your insurance. The InBody body composition scan is to ensure you can safely lose at least 10lbs of body fat. The Scans are done off site and will be discussed further at our session.

Review medical history.
Measure height, weight, blood pressure, and pulse.
Check eyes, ears, nose, throat, lymph nodes, heart, lungs, and abdominal area for any irregularities.
Evaluate your child's neck, spine, shoulders, arms, wrists, elbows, knees, legs, and feet.
Ask you and your child about any concerns you may have about their well-being.

Experience healing heat with our 30 Minute Detox Session in the Personal Infrared Sauna Blanket. The Personal Infrared Sauna blanket elevates the body's thermal energy, enhances deep relaxation, promotes glowing skin, naturally detoxifies the body and improves circulation. *Please wear clothing that you are comfortable sweating in. SOCKS ARE REQUIRED for your appointment. We recommend your personal sauna session prior to an infusion or as a stand alone appointment.

During this session you will meet with one of our Board Certified Nurse Practitioners and discuss your concerns and potential ways hormone replacement can help you achieve your goals. We will review any lab results you have had and can bring with as long as they are within 3 months of your appointment. If necessary we can order comprehensive labs for you. You will also receive and InBody scan which is a report card of your bodies make up! This scan gives you a starting point and puts your physical make up in perspective.
